Time-sensitive evidence must be checked again before verified wording continues.
Review outcomes
Approved, needs information, rejected, or suspended
- Approved means the stated gate was satisfied, not that every possible claim was verified.
- Needs information preserves the missing-document or clarification requirement.
- Rejected records the failed gate without publishing private findings.
- Suspended removes routing eligibility while the underlying issue is reviewed.
