Owner-verified profile
The platform completed its ownership-verification step with a business representative. This state applies only to profile control. It does not certify licensing, insurance, background checks, work quality, availability, or project fit.
License and insurance information
- Not supplied: the profile does not contain the information.
- Information provided: a business supplied information, but the label does not claim an independent status check.
- Status checked on a date: the platform recorded a check against the displayed source and date.
A check is time-bound. Homeowners should use the appropriate official source and confirm what is required for their specific work.
Ratings and reviews
When rating data is shown, the profile should identify the third-party source, rating, review count, and check date. Trusted Home Pros FL does not fabricate reviews, invent aggregate ratings, or automatically copy third-party review text. Missing rating data is not treated as a negative or positive score.
Directory filtering and ordering
