A profile counts only when its published license evidence is classified as a government record and contains a structured credential with an exact Florida DBPR license-detail URL, identifier, credential category, Current Active status, expiration date, Florida jurisdiction, and retrieval date.

Unavailable rule

Every published profile without that full structured evidence contract remains in the denominator and is counted as not having a published structured DBPR credential. This is an evidence-coverage state, not a claim that the business is unlicensed.

Deduplication

Profile coverage is deduplicated by canonical public profile. Structured credential totals are separately deduplicated by profile, credential identifier, and exact source URL.

Privacy

Aggregate counts only; no business names, profile slugs or IDs, license identifiers, phone numbers, emails, addresses, or evidence statements are included.
