Original THP operational research

The founding sample is not large enough for a response-performance claim.

THP found 11 production-linked records in the dated snapshot. Ten were controlled, QA, proof, or validation activity. The sole qualified record contained no sent notification, resolved response clock, or outcome. We publish that limitation instead of turning test activity into market evidence.

What the production evidence supports

These are aggregate operational counts. They are not contractor rankings, availability promises, or South Florida market estimates.

Production-linked records

11

Homeowner intakes with linked lead records found in the production authority snapshot.

Qualified records

1

Records remaining after controlled, QA, proof, preview, fixture, demo, and validation evidence was excluded.

Qualified response clocks

0

At least 10 are required before THP will publish an aggregate response-performance result.

Controlled or QA records excluded

10

These records may validate system behavior, but they cannot establish real contractor or market behavior.

Conclusion

No market-level availability or response conclusion is supported. THP will not publish a response-speed rate or median until at least 10 qualified response clocks exist.

Methodology

Authority
THP production Supabase operational records.
Unit of analysis
Homeowner intake with a linked lead.
Exclusions
QA, synthetic, preview, proof, internal acceptance, controlled validation, owner-authorized pilot, fixture, demo, and test activity are excluded using source plus linked lead, route, event, and outcome evidence.
Privacy
Aggregate counts only; no names, emails, phones, message text, contractor IDs, homeowner IDs, or record IDs are included.
Response-time rule
Median response time uses persisted lead_routes.response_time_seconds only. Missing time is never imputed.

Qualified-sample facts

  • 1 qualified intake and linked lead.
  • 1 route, selected once.
  • 0 sent contractor notifications.
  • 0 resolved response clocks.
  • 0 outcome records.
  • No median response time is reported because the qualified sample size is zero.

Limitations

  • This snapshot measures THP routing operations, not the entire South Florida contractor market.
  • A notification delivery is not a contractor acknowledgement.
  • Controlled journeys can validate system plumbing but cannot establish market behavior.
  • Zero qualified response observations must not be converted into a rate or performance claim.
  • The snapshot is dated and does not represent current contractor availability.

Publication rule

THP will not convert controlled activity into a market result. A response-performance summary remains withheld until the production dataset contains at least 10 qualified, resolved response clocks. Reaching that threshold will permit calculation; it will not guarantee a favorable result.
