Original THP publication research

All 95 published profiles had a review date within 30 days.

This dated snapshot measures the age of THP's public profile-review marker. A recent marker does not mean every license, insurance, ownership, availability, performance, or quality fact was independently rechecked.

Snapshot generated July 29, 2026

A transparent record-age distribution

Every canonical published profile remains in the denominator. Missing, invalid, and future dates fail into an unavailable bucket.

Published profiles

95

Canonical profiles returned by the production public projection.

0–30 days

95

Public review marker no more than 30 calendar days old.

31–180 days

0

Records entering a scheduled review window.

Over 180 days or unavailable

0

Records requiring attention or lacking a usable public date.

Conclusion

All 95 production-published profiles had a usable public review date within 30 days of this snapshot. This measures record freshness only; it does not mean every field was independently rechecked.

Methodology

Authority and date field
THP production public_profiles projection. The public reviewed date is last_verified_at when present, otherwise the public record updated_at date.
Review windows
Profiles are grouped into 0–30, 31–90, 91–180, and more than 180 calendar days old at snapshot time.
Unavailable rule
A missing, invalid, or future public review date is counted as unavailable rather than inferred.
Privacy
Aggregate counts and date bounds only. No business name, slug, profile ID, contact detail, address, or evidence statement is included.

Snapshot boundaries

  • Oldest public review date: 2026-07-16.
  • Newest public review date: 2026-07-27.
  • 95 usable dates and 0 unavailable dates.
  • No contractor-level identity, contact, or evidence record appears in the downloadable aggregate.

Limitations

  • A public review date is not blanket license, insurance, ownership, availability, capacity, performance, or quality verification.
  • The snapshot measures THP publication records, not the South Florida contractor market.
  • A recent record may still contain explicitly unavailable evidence fields.
  • This dated baseline does not update silently; the separate live monitor reports later aggregate drift.

Review the corrections policy.

Fresh record ≠ verified contractor

Record freshness measures publication maintenance. It cannot be used as a contractor score, ranking, recommendation, or current-capacity claim.

Continuous monitoring

The live aggregate endpoint recalculates the same age windows from the current public projection and exposes no profile identities.
